Self-hosting the open-source edition is free. Hosted plans are per organisation, not per user. These are planned prices: nothing is charged during the beta, and they may change before we start charging.

Prices are planned, per organisation per month, billed yearly, excluding VAT. They are hypotheses from the product plan and are not a contract.

## Self-hosting is free

The open-source edition has every bundled app, the REST API, MCP and the CLI. You run it yourself on SQLite or PostgreSQL. Paid support and services for self-hosters are planned but not yet offered.

## Pricing questions

### Am I charged anything today?

No. The hosted service is a free beta. When billing starts we will announce it and nothing will be charged without your consent.

### Why per organisation and not per user?

The plan is to price the business, not each seat, banded by full users. Portal users and a few accountant seats are planned to be free.

### Can I leave and take my data?

Yes when you self-host: the database is yours. A full export on every plan is a binding product decision; the export tooling is still to be built.
